		<description>This has been my motto. But I still have to keep reminding myself not to loose sight of another simple but powerfull truth. The process of preparation is a needed part of getting what I want. Even gathering food in the wood requres some form of preparation. I am not in the garden of Eden. I know of no one who is.</description>
