I'm really excited that we've been able to hit upon a lot of things I've never seen in book form before, and some that I've never really seen explored cohesively at all. That makes this book not just a "more advanced-level sequel," but more like a compilation of best-practices combined with a few experiments as well. I'm eager to see how it'll be received, but not as eager as I am to get it <em>done</em>. :) Thanks, Jonathan.
