I'm a proven, highly motivated self-starter, innovative thinker, writer, and technologist. My first exposure to a computer was at the age of 2 when my father purchased an Apple Computer, Inc., Mac Plus. With over 15 years of computing experience using the Mac and, later, diving into the Windows and Unix-based operating systems, I discovered a passion and talent for various kinds of computer technologies. At twelve years old, when I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, I created my first web site about the topic of adolescent mental health. It soon won numerous awards for its breakthrough honesty. This was the catalyst that began more than a decade of experience in standards-based web design and development, and a practice of writing online that later became known as blogging. I have since authored and maintain several weblogs about personal and technological issues in the blogosphere, the most visible of which are expressly related to alternative sexualities such as BDSM and the social impact such alternative lifestyles have. Instead of going to college, I decided to join the information technology workforce while still a teenager. I have worked directly with the public, and with other businesses. I have received many commendations for my array of abilities that include my exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills. These, coupled with my broad-ranging interest in all things computer- and sociology-related, have been an endless driving force in my life.
